Age Group Placement: Please register your child according to the last grade level completed. For Example: Child whose last grade level completed in 2026 was 4th grade. The child should be registered as a 4th grader for VBS.
If you have a request for us to place your child with a particular leader or friend. Please indicate above. Please note: Friends need to be of the same age group. We take into account age/grade. We can't guarantee which group your child will be with, but we try to honor requests.
Although adverse circumstances are unlikely, should they occur, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Berean Community Church, Answers in Genesis and any and all workers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and assigns of the aforementioned for any claims or disputes which may arise resulting from your child's participation in Emerald Crossing VBS or any associated party's presence at Berean Community Church.
Any claim or dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be settled by mediation and, if necessary, legally binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Institute for Christian Conciliation, a division of Peacemaker(R) Ministries. Judgment upon an arbitration decision may be entered in any court otherwise having jurisdiction. The parties understand that these methods shall be the sole remedy for any controversy or claim arising out of this agreement and expressly waive their right to file a lawsuit in any civil court against one another for such disputes, except to enforce an arbitration decision.
